Different circumstances may result in empty visitor data. Find below possible reasons.
- No Internet connection
- One of the main reasons why scanned badges result in empty data.
- Manually added visitor (SMART & STATION only)
- Another reason for empty visitors are manually added records. By taping or clicking on "Add Manually" the user has to fill out the fields manually. When this is not done, the result is an empty lead record.
- No permission to share contact details (Opt-Out)
- The visitor data details depend on the data received from the show organizer. Whenever visitors register for their tickets, they will have to fill out their contact details (visitor data). Visitors have to give their consent that their details can be used. They also have the the possibility to opt-out, in that case, their details will not be available.
