The most common reasons preventing you from seeing the full list of your captured visitor data are
- you activated one or more filters
- you already entered characters in one of the search boxes
Using a filter for a range will show the data you want and hide the rest. Once you have filtered data, you have to clear any filter to display again all of the data.
Use to
'Reset Filter' Button
to remove all active filters.
HINT: If multiple Scan2Lead products are in use - only admins have the right to access the data from all devices. The portal key, which is sent after ordering a Scan2Lead product, gives a user the admin rights.
