If you've configured an signature form in our Portal, every visitor you are creating has the possibility to sign an additional contract with their finger.
- It is important to know that the First name, Last name and email-address has to be filled out before the user can sign the contract.
- It is also important to know that the reports created from these signatures contain the data which was filled in at the time of signing.
- So if you update an users name or email-address later on, it will add this new information to the document, but will still show the orginal data it was created with.
