- Zapier Account: To test the connection with Zapier use the Free plan. For further use we recommend subscribing to a Professional plan.
How to create a Zap?
1. Navigate to https://zapier.com/app/dashboard and click the "The more details, the better." field
2. Type "Scan2Lead to Hubspot" and click here
3. Select "All New and Changed Leads" for updates in bulk (recommended) or leave it at "Watch Leads" for live updates
4. Click "Try it"
5. Click "Sign in"
7. Click "Show Connector API-Key" and copy the shown key
8. Paste your API-Key and click "Yes, Continue to Scan2Lead"
9. Assure you're using the right event in your adventics account and click "Continue"
10. Click "Test trigger"
11. Click "Continue with selected record"
12. Click "Continue"
13. Select your Hubspot account. Click "Continue"
14. Click "Contact information: First Name"
15. Click "First Name"
16. You can always add information of more than one text field if you like. Close the "Insert Data ..." window when you are finished inserting data
17. Click "Contact information: Last Name"
18. Click "Last Name"
19. Click "Contact Email"
20. Click "Email"
21. Click "Continue"
22. Click "Test step"
23. Click "Publish"
24. Congratulations. Your Zap will run every 1 to 15 minutes, depending on your Zapier plan level
