Event Day Credits (EDCs) can be reassigned via Scan2lead PORTAL. Exhibitors can reassign their credits as long as the license key has not been activated. Once activated on a Smartphone or Tablet, the EDC can no longer be reassigned or cancelled.
Follow these steps to reassign prepared EDCs:
- Go to Scan2Lead PORTAL and login
- Click on 'Manage Events'
- Select 'Redeem EDCs' or go to 'Configuration > 'Manage licenses'
- If a license has been created but not activated yet -> Click on 'Cancel' to get the EDC granted back to your account
