A scanned visitor is put in categories by default depending on the ticket purchased e.g.

- Exhibitor
- VIP
- Press
- Other
The categories may vary depending on the exhibition.
Nevertheless, you are able to change the Category in the Scan2Lead SMART app and Scan2Lead STATION.
