After ordering the Scan2Lead services via the eventorganizer (typically using the web shop of the exhibition), you will receive your Scan2Lead PORTAL KEY by e-mail, latest 3 weeks before the event starts.
Initial registration
There are 2 options to register your Scan2Lead PORTAL KEY
- Option 1: You already have a Scan2Lead PORTAL account and want to add a new event/exhibition to your existing account
- Option 2: You don't have an account yet and want to create a new account to add a new event
Note: At least one Scan2Lead PORTAL account is needed to add events/exhibitions. You may also create multiple accounts for each event/exhibition
Option 1: You already have a Scan2Lead PORTAL account and want to add a new event
- Click the link (I´m already using Scan2Lead) you have received by mail
- You will be asked to login (if not logged in yet)
- Go to "Exhibitors > +Add Event" and enter the event name. After that you will be asked to enter your portal key.
- Once you click 'Activate' the new event will be added to your eventlist and can be selected.
- Now you can work on your new event
Note: Adding a new PORTAL KEY will set you as admin for the event.
Option 2: If you do not have an account yet and want to create a new one to add a new event
- Click the link (I don´t have an account) you have received by mail
- You will land on the registration page and your PORTAL KEY will be added automatically and the Event you want to attend will be displayed
- Fill out the required fields and click on 'Register'
- To complete your registration, you have to confirm your account by clicking the link in the confirmation e-mail, sent after you click 'Register'
- Once confirmed you can login to your Scan2lead PORTAL
