Why did my leads dissapear?

When you login at the Scan2Lead PORTAL you will find all captured visitor data records under 'Visitor Data' - 'Visitor Data'.

Hint: You will see the name of the exhibition and your companies name in the right lower corner of the screen. This indicates, that the browser session at the Scan2Lead PORTAL is active.

  1. When an empty parenthesis () is displayed instead of the company name, it indicates an inactive browser session. The visitor data list is empty.
  2. Log off and log on again to activate the session to display the list of visitors again.
