When do I receive my Scan2Lead login details?

After ordering the Scan2Lead product via the organizer (typically by the web shop of the exhibition), you will receive your Scan2Lead PORTAL Key and, if applicable, your Scan2Lead SMART app licenses information by e-mail, latest 3 weeks before the event takes place.

If you order within the period of 3 weeks before the exhibition, you will receive the account information immediately after your order has been processed.

The e-mail will be sent to the main contact person of your booth. It can be the person who was named to the organizer as the main contact person in matter of the exhibition or the person who ordered the Scan2Lead Products.
