What is Scan2Lead 365?

Scan2Lead 365 is an application similar to Scan2Lead SMART Classic. The main difference between those two apps is the function 'Barcode' scanning. Scan2Lead SMART Classic has the option to scan barcodes on visitor badges since we do officially provide the visitors data in cooperation with the exhibition organizer, while Scan2Lead 365 does not have the function to scan visitor badges (can scan QR codes on business cards) but is available for any event and exhibition.

Scan2Lead 365 works with 'Event Day Credits' (=EDC) which can be purchased directly through our Sales Team or Scan2Lead Shop (available soon). EDC´s can be purchased in different packages and amounts and be redeem for any exhibition or event around the world. Using Scan2Lead 365 for one day will consume one 'Event Day Credit'.

Example 1

Exhbition/Event: Trade 2022 (Germany)
Date: From 05.08.2022 - 09.08.2022 (5 days)
Attendees: 5 employees
Total EDC needed = 25 (= 5 days x 5 attendees)


Example 2

Exhibition/Event: Carshow 2022 (France)
Date: 01.09.2022 - 03.09.2022
Attendees: 2 employees
Total EDC needed = 6 (= 3 days x 2 attendees)


Info: EDC´s can be redeemed for a single day, multiple days or for the whole exhibition (see example 3).

Exhibition/Event: Health 2022 (USA)
Date: 01.10.2022 - 05.10.2022
Attendees: 3 employees
Employee 1: attends on 01.10.2022 & 02.10.2022 (= 2x EDC)
Employee 2: attends on 03.10.2022 - 05.10.2022 (= 3x EDC)
Employee 3: attends on 01.10.2022 - 05.10.2022 (= 5x EDC)
Total EDC needed = 10
