What is an Event Day Credit (EDC)?

What is an Event Day Credit (EDC)?

Event Day Credit = EDC - used to run the Scan2Lead 365 application. Exhibitors can purchase Event Day Credits to work with the Scan2Lead app on events or exhibitions to collect leads in digital form.
With one EDC the application can be used for one full day. Event Day Credits can be purchased via our Sales Team or Scan2Lead Shop (available soon). Multiple credits and licenses can be redeemed with EDC's for one or more users.

Each day of use will deduct one EDC from the companies account.

Example 1

Exhibition/Event: Trade 2022 (Germany)
Date: From 05.08.2022 - 09.08.2022 (5 days)
Attendees: 5 employees
Total EDC needed = 25 (= 5 days x 5 attendees)


Example 2

Exhibition/Event: Carshow 2022 (France)
Date: 01.09.2022 - 03.09.2022
Attendees: 2 employees
Total EDC needed = 6 (= 3 days x 2 attendees)


Info: EDC´s can be redeemed for a single day, multiple days or for the whole exhibition (see example 3).


Example 3

Exhibition/Event: Health 2022 (USA)
Date: 01.10.2022 - 05.10.2022
Attendees: 3 employees
Employee 1: attends on 01.10.2022 & 02.10.2022 (= 2x EDC)
Employee 2: attends on 03.10.2022 - 05.10.2022 (= 3x EDC)
Employee 3: attends on 01.10.2022 - 05.10.2022 (= 5x EDC)
Total EDC needed = 10
