Signatures in the app

If you've configured an signature form in our Portal, every visitor you are creating has the possibility to sign an additional contract with their finger.
   
  1. It is important to know that the First name, Last name and email-address has to be filled out before the user can sign the contract.
  2. It is also important to know that the reports created from these signatures contain the data which was filled in at the time of signing.
  3. So if you update an users name or email-address later on, it will add this new information to the document, but will still show the orginal data it was created with.
