How can I change user roles at Scan2Lead PORTAL

The operator who registers first with the Scan2Lead Portal Key will receive admin rights for his Scan2lead PORTAL. With the latest version of Scan2Lead PORTAL it is possible for an admin to grant admin rights to regular users.

Hint: Please keep in mind that users with admin rights will see all collected data at Scan2Lead PORTAL and will also be able to manage or delete them.

Difference between User and Admin?

User: Can see and manage his own scanned visitor data. Not allowed to see the data scanned by other users (colleagues)
Admin: Can see and manage all scanned visitor data from collegues/employees.

How can I grant admin rights to a user?
  1. Visit Scan2Lead PORTAL and login with your credentials (Admin)
  2. Select 'Configuration' - 'Users'
  3. Mark the checkbox under 'Administrator' to grant this operator/user admin rights



How do I know my role?

As an admin you will see a notification at the bottom of the page at Scan2Lead PORTAL.



No notification is shown for regular user.
