Data quality of scanned visitors

Barcode scanning

The quality of visitors data is dependent on the information provided by the visitor when registering for an event aswell as from the organizer providing the data. The more information you get with a scan the better the quality of the visitor data will be.

Note: Products of Scan2Lead do not effect or change the original visitor data. Scan2Lead is providing all available information from the visitor. However the quality can be raised with Scan2lead Products by editing the scanned data or adding additional information like notes or lead form.

Quality categories
Red = Low
Yellow = Medium
Green = High
Gray = None

Following the requirements for each quality category:

Red: at least one of the following fields has been provided
  1. First name
  2. Last name
  3. Gender
  4. Company
  5. E-Mail
  6. Phone
  7. Mobile
  8. Valid Address
Yellow: First name, Last name, Gender, Company is provided and additionally one of the following
  1. E-Mail
  2. Phone
  3. Mobile
  4. Valid Address
Green: First name, Last name, Gender, Company, E-Mail, Valid Address and addtionally the following data are provided
  1. Lead form
  2. Note
Gray: Not enough information to put them into a category

Business Card scanning

The rules for categorizing the Data is same as for Barcode scanning. The more information and data is available on the Business Card the higher the quality of your scanned data will be.

Hint: Scan the Business Card as good as possible in order to get the most out of it in terms of quality. Add missing information and notes to raise the quality of your scanned data.
