In order to check your Scan2Lead SMART licences,
- login to your Scan2Lead PORTAL https://portal.scan2lead.com
- select Menu 'Configuration' - 'Activation User & Passwords'
The list of available licenses will show a column called Order type, describing the state of your order.
The Order type will show
- Test if the license is a test license
- Manually or Imported when the order was created through the interface of the organizer
- On Site when the order was placed at the service desk
- Exchange when the license was renewed by one of our service agents e.g. old license code did not work anylonger, exchange from one ordered Scan2Lead service to another one
- Moved when the license was deactivated at the Scan2Lead SMART app (see Can I move an active Scan2Lead SMART license to another device?)
