Do I have to save changes in the lead form?

To modify elements such as the text of a question or answer, change from single to multiple answers etc. you have to edit the element.

Doing that, will open a popup window showing you the buttons Cancel and Save & Close.

By clicking Save & Close, the change will be saved, no further save button is offered.


To upload the Lead Form in your Scan2Lead SMART app, you have to

  • go to 'Settings' on the main screen of your app
  • scroll down to 'Reload Account Info' and tap on it
  • the lead form will be reloaded and the changes made in the Scan2Lead PORTAL will be visible
