The scanner does not work ...

there is no scanner light

  • the memory of the scanner is full
  • the battery is down

you have to bring the scanner to our Scan2Lead Service-Counter 

How can I contact the Scan2Lead Support?

there is no beep when scanning

  • you are scanning an incorrect barcode
  • the scan button is pushed too briefly

try another barcode to see if you hear the beep, push the scan button longer
