I forgot my password or username for the Scan2Lead PORTAL!

Click the Forgot Password button on the Log On page,

  • To reset your password, fill in your user name and click on 'Reset'
  • An e-mail with a link to enter a new password will be sent to you, please check your e-mail inbox
  • Open the e-mail and click on the given link to enter a new password
  • Type in the new password and click 'Reset'
  • Your new password has been saved and you can log on to the Scan2Lead PORTAL
  • As an additional security measure one further e-mail is sent to notify you about the change of the password 

Note: If you do not receive the e-mail for the password reset, please check your spam folder. 

You forgot your user name?

Due to security reasons, you are not able to request or reset your username via the Scan2Lead PORTAL.

Send an e-mail to or make use of our Support form.

Please provide following information with your request:

  • Subject: forgot user name for Scan2Lead PORTAL
  • Company
  • E-mail address contact person
  • Name contact person
  • Fair (Event)
  • Hall and Booth
