Why do I see "No visitor data" when scanning with Scan2Lead SMART?

If you see 'No visitor data available' and a 'number' after scanning a visitor badge, your device is offline and not connected to any WiFi or mobile phone provider. The Online or Offline state is indicated in the left lower corner. 

The number will be replaced with the according visitor data as soon as you reconnect your device to WiFi or mobile phone provider.

Note: Data added to the captured visitor data during the offline period will be of course stored and kept as when you get online.
